I think she just means that after she learned she was pregnant, she remembered weird things that had happened to her, starting in the previous 1-2 months, that she previously couldn't explain. "Now I know why...blah blah happened..."

M&S concieved during the NP. With each other. Not with aliens. K? :)

I want to see them get married. Again, to each other, not to aliens, not to Doggett (well, Monica to him!), not to Skinner.

That kid they use for screen shots (I've heard there's at least 8 real babies and several fake ones!) looks like Tom Braidwood (Frohike) and it's really bugging me. He's not that cute, either. No offense. Just MHO. I'll shut up now.
