"No, you're not a superhero," detoured replies with a laugh. "You're like us, though."

As detoured spoke a small crowd began to circle the two.

"People like kande, KS, and KM, they thrive on putting others down. High taxes, discrimination, abusing governmental power, far reaching conspiracies, and bribary are just a few of the ways they keep Shipperville from being the Utopia we all know it can be!"

At the end of detoured's impassioned speech the crowd broke into applause and turned expectantly to SMH.

"You certainly seem to have your hearts in the right place. But how do you plan on changing Shipperville?" SMH looked to the crowd for an answer.

Shrugging and looking perplexed, the crowd said nothing. One nameless (and thus, most likely to die in the line of duty) Socialist offers, "Sometimes we protest."

"I've heard how that works out. Maybe I can help you." SMH goes into a detailed explanation of how revolutions work in her former home, the United States.

Meanwhile, back at the klub.....

"I can't believe detoured took SMH!" CW moans, "she was supposed to be my employee! My subordinate! Now she's lost forever!" With a wail CW plops down on a nearby stool and takes a swig from the nearest mug.

"KS! Over here!" KM motions for KS to a huddle in the corner of the klub. "I think this could be good for us, SMH going over to the socialists."

"What makes you think that could be good for us?"

"SMH didn't *say* she wanted to go with detoured, so who knows what she might be thinking? I think deep down she wants to be one of us. And KS, you are her hero! You saw her snapping those pictures. If you could just talk to her...I mean, she's already infiltrated..."

"She could be..." KS begins

"...a spy," finishes KM.

Evil grins spread to theiir faces as they think of the possibilities.
