SMH and Detoured eye her with suspicion. They huddle for a moment, then turn back to the sisters. SMH steps forward. "We have not heard of this alleged park. What do you know about it?"

KS raises her eyebrows toward her sister as if to say "you got us into this, you get us out".

Kande pauses, then speaks. "Well, I've been working with 1013 to bring an X-Files related theme park to Shipperville. Some of the proposed attractions include the Eugene Tooms Slide, the Paper Clip Tunnel of File Horrors, and the Small Potatoes Funhouse Mirrors."

"Well, that certainly sounds interesting!" Detoured shakes her cape in excitement. "So what's the problem?"

"What do you think?" kande asks. "Zoning. Permits. Building contracts."

"You mean..."

"Yep. The proposal is sitting on the mayor's desk along with, I might add, some 'incentives', if you know what I mean."

Detoured and SMH huddle with the socialists. Kande and KS look at each other and shrug. The socialists finally reach a decision.

"To Stardoe's lab!" The socialists give a war cry and rush out the door.

"Oh, dear. What have you done?" KS looks at her sister in horror.
