Reading about this, and hearing about it on the radio just reminded me how great all the stones really are..Theyve had their share of Dud Songs or lines, and like the stones themselves I have "mixed Emotions" not only about them but just about everyone else sometimes, especially myself, But Thats my own illness, not theirs or anyone here. I wouldnt want them or anyone else tearing me apart, and as I dont know them personally, and cant read their minds, I dont know how they really feel, Im sure it changes as they get older, just as it does for all people..I certainly have had a lot of fun and good times their music was the soundtrack to. As Keith said, "On any given night its a different band thats the Greatest Rock and Roll band in the world"..and they coined the term, not me or Kiss. So it flatters me when people associate me with them. And Im sure their 50th Anniversary will be a year to remember,and theyre planning it out as I write. So As I call myself and all their fans, I remain A "Stone Alone", Id rather follow them than Led Zeppelin or The Who or The Grateful Dead and many other bands.
