Subject: Stones on Ed Sullivan to Be Released on DVD

Story.

The complete shows are getting released, which includes all of the other acts which shared the bill with the Stones. I've read elsewhere that even the commercials will be included. This could be fun(ny) the first couple of times, but it's bound to get old very quickly.

Personally, I don't think I'll be buying those. I already have pretty much all of the Ed Sullivan appearances, including the "never released" one from November 23, 1969. I also have rehearsals for Let's Spend the Night Together and Ruby Tuesday, which aren't mentioned at all here. I wonder if they will be included. Maybe as extras? I'm sure Stones fans would be more interested in those than in juggling acts and/or dishwasher commercials.

If anyone here plans on buying these, I hope you'll let us know what you think. Maybe this will be like the Tami Show, which was totally remastered (and which I haven't seen either).
