Ok so where's the thatched roof pub that you suspect has no laminated menus??? do tell! is it the Royal Oak near the cemetary.. which is a better day to do it this year, the 2nd/Saturday or 3rd/Sunday?? Unfortunately Richard H may not be with us this one as he has recently moved from Cheltenham to London (again). But hopefully we can swing the great Phil Davies by, he was good friends with Brian in Cheltenham in the very early 60s.. his stories remain unpublished, no Brian book writer has ever interviewed him and he loves the blues and is a most illustrious figure.
