If my memory serves me correctly, the whole "ankle tugging" method of doing Brian in was first introduced by Reynold's Cheltenham Fan Club. There was this whole manifesto on their now-deleted website by an Arnold Berkman on how Frank killed Brian using this method. Coincidentally, this fan club happened to be deeply in bed with Tom Keylock.

I'm wondering if there is some cobbling together of stories taking place as this has apparently evolved into Tom and Brian in the pool?
I'm getting this mental image of a game of 'Clue" gone horribly awry.

Tom Keylock, in the pool, tugging Brian's ankles.
