No one will ever know if the statement is 'incorrect'.

But the ripened fruit (Jagger), no longer has to qualify his success.

He negotiated his immature youth to became a highly successful man!

That's a fact; and in a book on Brian, which is claiming
to bring new facts to the table; I just find such a
comment a little naive and of course provocative:
making me wonder just where this book will take Brian's history.

In a career as long as the RS, I think even the hard-core
Stones fans know how "imperfectly" Mick's machine operates!

The particular comment we are discussing is superfluous to either Brian's or the RS history.

This book will change nothing, but the perception of Brian, by the reader. However it would be nice to
think it will be an interesting and believable read.
