I agree... welcome to the board!! I have been writing on this board (on and off for 4-5 years now) for sometime. It's always great to read anyone's perspective regarding Brian. Just the story you wrote about how Brian gave you a lift while it was raining outside (buses not running that day) is pretty cool.

A lot of interesting people on this board who all have one thing in common... a great love for Brian Jones.

Sorry if you thought I was a little harsh questioning/asking your opinion for the "hogwash" quote. It's just that I am a little defensive when it comes to Brian and what happened that night... somebody (this board really does a great job of this) needs to defend Brian. Too many negative comments come from the Mick/Keith camp. Although, they too,(most of the time anyway!! lol)have great comments on the whole relationship/dynamics of the band when Brian was still alive.

Anyway, look forward to hearing some more great stories down the road and just to add I miss Brian too (though I never met him of course)!! God knows... what a great talent. Besides Bill, the other Stones have never given Brian the proper recognition Brian deserves regarding all of his contributions to the band.

Good luck with your autobiography.

Thanks,

George
