Through extensive research, I have discovered that the most effective way to end a heated, but most importantly fruitless, debate between two gentlemen is to walk up to them and give them a proper flash. Ain't nothing like a set of cha-chas to make a couple of blokes completely forget what the hell they were arguing about in the first place. Since this is a message board and we can't realistically provide said debate-ceasing flash, you two will have to just have to visualize one :-)

I really hate to see anything wasted, particularly time and energy.
