Portico Spa has one that does well with my hair. It's the white ginger clarifying shampoo. It has a smell that you either love or hate - it is rather white gingery. My hair is below my waist at the moment, so there is a lot with which to do well here. They have it in lavender-citrus and verbena as well, but I think they may be different formulas. The conditioner does well for me too. The Hyatts and Hyatt Regencies carry this line, that is how I discovered it, but you can order it on their web site.

Neutrogena strips the bejesus out of it - so much so that it tangles horribly when I am in bed and I wake up looking like Side Show Bob. Doubletree/Hilton has this brand, so I make damn sure I have my own shampoo if I am to be there.

I used to use this horrifically expensive shampoo my hair girl recommended, but my favorite shampoo/conditioner I discovered at the Holiday Inn. It is Bath and Body Works Coconut-Lime volumizing shampoo and conditioner. It works a heck of a lot better than that $50 a bottle shite!

How well a product works is going to depend also on your hair type. I may have a lot of hair, but it is on the finer side.

I couldn't be more off topic if I tried. I am sorry. someone asked me about hair. Don't ask me about hair or hair products and I won't go off topic. No, that's not true...I most likely will go off topic, but it won't be as bad this.
