Probably, looking back, she would say that when he mentioned going to Hawaii for the holidays - that's when she knew he was serious about all this. Swallowing just a touch, she looked over at him for a long moment before she just picked up his hand in hers, pressing a soft kiss too his palm before she let it rest back down on her leg. Although she was quiet the rest of the way to campus, once they were out of the car she slipped her hand into his and split the load of their food as they headed inside. She actually suggested that they go to her office, despite the fact that his was bigger. That way she could just go from there to her class and not worry about having to leave him earlier then necessary to go gather her things. It didn't take them long to get settled and the food sorted out and soon enough they were eating in a pretty comfortable silence. It wasn't until she had slacked off most of her hunger before she finally spoke. "So, where will we go first?" The question was a soft, subtle acceptance of it all, asking him where the first place they would travel to together would be. She wanted to go with him on his trips, to see the things that amazed him, the things that made him smile and the things that made him think. It wasn't that she was against traveling, she was just a bit of a homebody and pretty content to stay where she was. Still, it would be fun to get away for a bit. She wasn't even sure of all the different places he had gone, she knew he had traveled extensively but she thought it might be cool to go somewhere he picked for the first time. Maybe in the summer they would go somewhere that was new to both of them...
