Here's something I don't get: this series ran for almost a decade and had well over 200 episodes. Yet they seem to be rerunning the same 60 or so eps over and over again. Even with us watching five eps a week, it should have taken at least a year to see every episode. But there are some eps that we're seeing for the third or fourth time in the past year (if we've already seen it more than once in the past year, we don't watch it again).

I would assume that when a network buys the rights to rerun a series that they buy the rights to the whole series, not just specific seasons. But maybe not?

Also, since the series originally ran in the 1950s and early 1960s I can imagine that there might be an occasional episode where they use words, or display attitudes toward minorities, that 21st century networks might choose not to broadcast. But I wouldn't think that sort of thing would have been a problem with more than half the episodes!
