What's going on with the USA Network?

The main selling point of the USA Network used to be that it had new shows on during the summer, when most other networks have reruns on.

But this summer they seem to mostly be airing reruns of shows that originally aired on other networks, like "Law & Order" and "Modern Family".

They do seem to be running a few original series, likes "Suits" and "Graceland", but as I don't watch either of these, I don't know if these are new eps or reruns.

Does anybody know if they are ever going to air new eps of "White Collar" or if that show is off the air?

Also, are they ever going to produce any new original series? Or are they just going to become a "rerun" channel, like ME TV?

Some of my favorite shows in the past decade -- most notably "Psych" and "Burn Notice" have been USA original series. So I really hope they're not giving up on creating original programming.
