Subject: Very disappointing effort

I realize these student athletes are just finishing the semester and Christmas break is right around the corner, but simple things like boxing out, following your shot and moving your feet on defense were abandoned tonight.Gotta shake it off and come back ready for conference play.

Yes, the Griffs looked sloppy. Too many missed layups. The MAAC is weak this year. Siena is struggling & Marist / MSM appears to be the teams to beat. The Griffs can be in the thick of things if we do the fundamentals well and get more production from the bench. Tahj & Long are needed on the floor. Go Griffs!

We got out-rebounded by High Point by a 40-26 count for the game.

Griffs need to be more physical. This is an emerging trend. We’re not as tough in the paint.

The Jan 5th game against MTS will be telling. Tough team & environment. Go Griffs!

X should help us play tougher inside. Youri and Gadsden get beat up in the paint as does Okpoh. Porter is a waste of flesh

Looking forward to Tajh’s return as Tre was forced to play all 40 minutes

This injury is taking a long time to heal. Sure be cautious but is doing any strength & conditioning.? The staff hasn’t been saying much. Go Griffs!

Strength and conditioning lol? Are you seriously asking this question? No he's just been sitting around watching tv and eating cheetos. This is a D-1 program with multiple medical professionals involved. Of course he is doing everything medically possible to get back. He had a severe high ankle sprain. Had a full out workout last week and came out of it ok. He and X will be back for MSM.

Well, let's see what the coaching staff is made of. It's up to them to fix things in the toughness department .Sloppiness should have no place by this point in the season. Christmas dreaming perhaps? No doubt we need our wounded warriors back in action ASAP. Merry Christmas to all Griffs.

For all the hype being ONLY .500 isn't good enough.

IMO this team doesn't look like it can compete with Marist or teams which are physical like St. Peters.

We're weak in the paint, live / die too much with the 3 and our bench doesn't contribute all that much.

Tahj & Long's injuries doesn't help when we're in tight games.

The Griffs have 8 games in January, 5 of those teams are under .500 and the others are slightly above.

Griffs need to show us all what they can do.
