Subject: WGR radio sports

While listening to sports updates this morning on WGR radio I heard the usual news about the Sabres big win last night and an update on Bills signings. They then reported on the MAAC tourney, but limited to the Niagara men's win over Siena. Not a word about our Griffs. I don't know why we were overlooked, but I question whether our athletics department is timely reporting our team's results to the local media outlets.

WGR wants to be paid to cover anything besides the Bills or Sabres.

Because Niagara is on one of 3 stations that are owned by Audacy. UB on 1520.Griffs decision not to be on the radio has consequences.They are never mentioned while Niagara and UB games are always mentioned. It still pisses me off but it's not like the team deserves coverage.
