Subject: 2 of 3 MAAC Jesuit schools in the finals

If St Peter’s and Fairfield can do it, why not the other MAAC Jesuit school?

Hoping we reach out to Jordan Fee, Gannon’s 35 year old coach who has led his team to a 30-2 and counting record in his first year. His uptempo offense often hits 100 pts per game.

And let’s reach out to Patrick Beilein who has more than paid for his sins. Jesuit forgiveness is in order.

I don’t know that their religious affiliation matters at all. I doubt players care much these days. However, St Peters might be the only worse off school in the league than Canisius and they just knocked off one of the most resourced and are in the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row. That should be who we try to figure out how from.

Canisius University can't consider Patrick Bielien. It would be a bad mistake for the University. The student groups will not sit back and let it happen. Right or wrong and I understand forgiveness, this would be a PR nightmare. My opinion only.

I'm not sure why student groups would organize behind any position on a hiring of Beilein. More generally, it has been years since the scandal, which to my understanding involved a personal failing, and not a crime.

It seems like the most excitement coming from the Griffs basketball Program in some time is that RW is gone. Get a good ,young ,and energetic coach as soon as possible, and try to keep some of our players to build around. Go Griffs.

Canisius has nothing to lose by interviewing Pat Beilein, IMO. We could have a lot to win, and there could be a story about a redemption that would give us a great start to the future.
