Is everyone ok with Maher still running the search? Parrotta and Witherspoon were bad hires and Baron fell into his lap. Hemer was failure and the jury is still out on Nusseibeh. The Demske did get new turf in 2008 but facility upgrades have been minimal. Niagara has surpassed us in all facets.

It's hit or miss in this business when it comes to hiring coaches.

Parrotta looked good on paper, was a decent recruiter but was a poor game time coach.

Hiring Reggie was John Hurley's decision after Baron's surprised retirement.

Hemer was one of the best D3 women's coaches at the time. Unfortunately the transition was too difficult for him.

Coach Nusseibeh has been successful, in fact we need to make an effort to keep her.

Many of us have seen the plans for the upgrades for the KAC the issue has been funding. Athletics has never made it as a strategic pillar for annual giving until now.

Let's see how serious we are when it comes to this. It's tough job being an AD of a school which has such a small budget.

They need to make the NIL collective available which a step in the right direction.

Go Griffs!
