Carter Jackson can't nor do I know that he wants to get out of his scholarship deal. He can't just withdraw, the school would have to release him - which is almost always done if a kid truly wants out.

Okpoh's eligibility is exhausted.

There's an assumption that Joe Jones career is "over" but there is no definitive word on this that I know of.

TJ Porter hasn't entered the portal.

Some very good athletes with quickness, above average shooting ability, good defense, and height exist buried behind better talent at some schools. One chance for these men to have a playing shot at that NBA dream or playing abroad is seize the Canisius opportunity. New coach, new team, division one, in a top 25 US metropolitan area. An opportunity like this does not come every day. And Canisius has small classes, lots of individual attention, and it is lots of fun.

As The Who said “the new boss is the same as the old boss”. This can’t be the case with this hire. They also said “we won’t be fooled again”. The school needs to get this right. Go Griffs!
