Subject: Gianni Thompson is a Griff!

The most interesting signing yet! 6'8" 210. A 4 star- yes 4 star - out of high school who originally signed with Christian at BC and later transferred to UMass. Has pedestrian stats in two years to say the least and didn't play at all last year but obviously maintained his relationship with JC. He's the definition of a boom or bust guy but what the hell? Let's make it a boom!

I am so thankful Jim Christian was hired as head coach. My prior knowledge of him knew he would be a good fit. Can't believe the level of talent he's bringing in to Canisius!
