Subject: How Long Before We Evaluate?

Obviously not in year one when they may only win 10 games. Let's be honest. Year 2 or 3? Do we know how long Christian's contract is?

We just finished an 8 year stint of below .500. The goal would be by year 3 to show marked improvement and being a contender. The guy inherited a mess! Was impressed with his message & candor on the call last week.

Recently several of us had lunch with Jim. He is a straight shooter, open to different ideas, a sense of humor, and a highly experienced, hard working coach IMO. I think the others were impressed also. Amazing recruiting by coach and his assistants. Up next, the arrival of his family from Ohio at the end of the kids school year. Then the arrival of the players for Summer Session.
