Nice to see that this staff has a different mindset vs. what we once had. They’re out & about looking for talent but also building awareness of our program & brand. Go Griffs!

BG wouldn't be surprised if the last part, "building awareness of our program and BRAND", wasn't coming straight out of President Steves' office. He and Bill did a fine job in selecting Jim Christian as coach. The photos of Jim and the assistant coaches Jim selected just jump off the page on Voy Canisius. If those smiles accompany them on recruititg trips and visits they're already building the CU brand and they also speak well for the program.
