So we've got 3 scholarships for this recruiting cycle with the first having gone to Jovante Edwards. With the 2 remaining will we be looking for a couple of bigs?

Hate to say it but you have to figure in this era, they will lose a few guys to the portal as well. So it wouldn't surprise me to see one big early - if they can - and then one or two more late.

I know they had hoped to get 6'8" Kabine Kaba from Sauk Valley CC this year but there were eligibility issues and he ended up at NAIA Wayland Baptist.

Not surprised to hear that. On the other hand we never know. IMO we have a great staff, an involved President and offer a solid education in a city with a lot to offer. Many of the upper classmen have been through the portal and hopefully want to stay put for the rest of their way to a degree.
