He wasn’t ready. Overall record 108–153 (.414). MAAC win percentage the same. Beilein left him with talent, but he couldn’t get it done.

Great guy. Regardless of the talent, he received a renovated KAC and Patrick Lee gym. He had the luxury of more Downtown arena games. He was given a lot of time to build a program. He didn't work out. It was time to move on. He's doing great at Daemen and I'm very happy for him.
