Are you suggesting that we should have kept him? Whatever, sometimes you need to bottom out before you can go up. The current staff is so much better than what we had for the last tenure. It’s not all about wins right now. Time to move on. Get to a game & go talk to the new coaches vs. living in the past. Go Griffs!

This coaching staff has to recruit some quality D-1 caliber players for starters. Then ,coach them up. I think you will see a far better product moving forward. The great John Wooden in his prime could not win with this group, from what I have seen . There just isn’t much to work with. Go Griffs.

Reggie was given more than enough opportunity to make something happen and didn't get it done. The same thing happened during his UB coaching stint (and also resulted in him getting canned). By all accounts he is a nice guy and I wish him well, but he is (at best) a mediocre head coach. It's said that a new coach needs a minimum of three years to rebuild a poor program. Give this new guy a chance - his cupboard is currently pretty bare. Some of his players are better suited for Division II.

Finally, someone who is making sense. The guy inherited a complete mess. Yes, we don't have what we need right now but we do have a better group of coaches who are suited to interact with alumni & fans. Be patient, & support the Griffs. We will turn the corner. Go Griffs!
