I understand that thought process very well, but we all know the definition of insanity is doing the same things expecting a different result. We have to be Bold and cant be scared to step out on faith and think outside the box when making coaching hires, especially nowadays(No time to build an roster). Continuing to hire retread coaches on the decline of their careers(because of living in old past time/NOT recent success) will not cut it in today's game.I believe this is what leads to many stagnant(underperforming) mid-low major programs who refuse to change "Status Quo" mentalities. Appreciate your feedback!

I can certainly respect that point of view as do many others on this board and elsewhere. Appreciate the discourse and hope you visit the board and comment more frequently!
