Subject: Nice win @ Siena

We staggered a bit toward the end but a solid wire-to-wire victory. Should be a nice bus ride home.

We are improving. The players clearly have not quit, the coaching staff isn't just mailing it in. This has been a horrible season but it is a building block for the future.

GMac is embarrassed for the fans. How about some credit to a team which caught you on an off day & beat you at home? Typical Siena thinking that they’re some basketball blue blood program. Proud of the Griffs, team & staff. Go Griffs!

There are a lot of programs in the MAAC that have done more with less. Siena consistently does less with more. They're like every other MAAC program: hope you hire the right coach and keep them long enough to win.

When your five starters score in double figures, you've got to win. It sure is nice to see a win. I hope we get a good turnout come Friday night vs the Jaspers, and Go Griffs!!!

I was driving on I-90 through the Albany region when the game started, so I was able to listen to it on one of their local radio stations. It was fun listening to the Albany announcer flipping out as the Griffs got further and further ahead, making shot after shot. I thought they would fade in the end as usual - which they did - but they were so far ahead and had so many points to give, in the end it didn't matter this time.
