But Javonte Edwards is one of the four talented Freshmen. How will two apparently similar talents play in the same back court? On the other hand remember John Morrison and Andy Anderson (1964-1967). On the third hand, BG is glad he's not the coach. But Bob MacKinnon, who was the coach in 64-67 before becoming a G.M. in the NBA, had good teams with JM and AA at Canisius. What does Jim think?

Kwasniak visited in October but that ship may have sailed. I believe they are looking at more experienced guys at this point in the process.

But there are still 5 open scholarships to give. Will we find 5 experienced STUDENT athletes to fill them? If our "portal players" don't get taken by tomorrow will there be 4or5 worth taking back? Bob MacK must be turning---.

Kids just can't enter the portal after tomorrow. Those already in can sign whenever.

Once Godfrey entered, this became a very young and inexperienced group. I could maybe see one freshman added but I expect 3 or 4 more portal guys and a JUCO or two.

Yeah. One Freshman with the others "experienced". We seem to have a really good start at building a team, but we need one more year, without our STUDENTS jumping to the "portal". Good Lord, this is a mess. Guys, do you want an education?
