As for Lyons Hall word is the CU insurance carrier (after CU sued them) paid a more favorable amount for the damages to Lyons Hall resulting from the 2022 Christmas blizzard. Hopefully CU is going to fix it up, not tear it down. The building is huge. It would cost a huge amount to demolish it. Let's keep it! Over a year ago word was CU had embarked on the silent stage of a $150 MM capital campaign. Anyone know anything more recent? Go Griffs!
