Now we need to retain some guys for 2, 3 or 4 years, so the get used to playing with each other and so the fans can develop some sort of relationship with the guys they are rooting for.

Totally rebuilding a roster every year isn't sustainable.

So I think Fouts will play a lot of 5 - if not be the starter. Ryan and Riak should be able to guard most 5's as well. That being said, I would feel more comfortable having another traditional big but I think it is unlikely to happen.

In the world of "positionless" basketball, there are very few traditional points or systems that employ traditional points any longer. I'm quite sure Fowler will play some in that spot and maybe Winters too.
