Vogel 's message, "Small Business Innovation – Setting The Foundation For B2C Success Part 2 A" on 21:30:31 10/28/05 Fri I’m following Dana Blankenhorn’s (http://www.a-clue.com/) example & labeling a good insight as a clue. I think Dana would call what Bobby Vinton did “A Clue.” Though it was a small blast, like a blasting cap detonating dynamite, it got the desired reaction when it was changed. Here’s a small-time example that can be adapted- Singer, Bobby Vinton, had a hard time launching “Roses Are Red” on its way to the hit parade. He bought roses & presented a dozen to each disk jockey who would talk to him. But these male DJs were uncomfortable accepting roses (a sign of affection) from a man. Bobby recruited a good-looking woman to give them roses & the effort was successful. It led to big-time results. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
