Contentment
This magic moment is enough.
This experience of living,
this sitting here breathing
in the flowing elements
The fire of the sun illuminating
the water of the sea rippling
the earth of the sand
standing still beneath me
the air of the wind breezing through
the open windows of my soul.
I am fully content to watch their play
connected to the eternal silence
at the center of being
through this tapestry of love
And although the path before me is
strewn with suffering,
I embrace it wholeheartedly,
