Subject: Of course. What, do I look like some sort of paragon of virtue over here?
In reply to: Hroth 's message, "Oh, behave. *purrs* Badly, that is" on 01:00:15 04/02/05 Sat

Rather than distracting Vitaliath from her self-appointed mission - to make this as hard as possible for that brown, while keeping his attention - the spikes and surges of emotion that flow between her and A'dian only intensify her playful resolve. This is an experience to be enjoyed, not a mere urge to be satisfied, and what's more fun than playing sky-tag with the silly creature? With this in mind, she turns almost literally on her tail-tip, speeding back towards him, passing just overhead, so close that her wingtips brush against his wingsails on the downsweep. Leaving the big lug to turn around in his own sweet time (browns are fast and strong, yes, but watch them try to cut a sharp turn!), she races towards the heights of the huge rock outcroppings that form the body of the Weyr. As much as she mocks his agility, she knows she has a very narrow window before he manages to change course, and her entire body is rigid with tension as she swivels to duck behind a cliff. Cruising along in the darkness just below the lip of the cliff, temporarily out of Hroth's sight, she chortles to herself, and drops lower as she once again turns suddenly. Enough altitude or even just rounding the cliff himself will reveal the dainty green to Hroth, but for now, moving almost exactly opposite from her previous course and skimming the leafy canopy with her belly, she revels in her own cleverness. A cool night wind caresses her pinions, and she glances up at the dark sky, base instinct and a keen desire for revenge combining to form further plans. Visible Vitaliath might be against that darkness, but there are other ways to fool a brown!
