Welcome to the forum, Heather!

First tell you a story on getting sponsors.... Back in Hong Kong there's a school named Queen's College. They're one of the best school in HK and they signed up for the Interschool Science Exhibition last year. They wanted money for the proejct, and the searched for it.... And finally they got IBM to sponsor their computers...about 100,000 pounds

I don't know if it's the case in the UK, but most big companies have their own education scheme (or budget whatever). Like 3M, they've build a school in South America a year ago (anyone actually read "No Logo"?). I think in the UK, Sainsbury always show their support for education....If you (i mean "we") ask them for sponsorship for the purpose of education (*note: has to be EDUCATION, nothing else)~ I think eventually you'll get some.

Money can never be too much, and so as sponsors. We can save the money up for the next few issues. But I cannot answer your question on "what's our budget?"...... I still don't know how we're going to print and sell it. Print and sell are the parts that cost.

I have approached Unilever about sponsorship and they seem quite interested. They want to market Bachelors Super Noodles towards students, and are interested in sponsoring the magazine as a way of doing that.
