That is a wonderful picture, so romantic and dreamy. I must see this place, such beauty calls to me! If I was to become rich, I would love to be able to visit places like this and so many others. I grew up in a family that was always taking trips, once all the way from Orlando,FL to Niagara Falls, Canada in a car! Thanks for sharing the lovely pic.

You should come up my way. We have Boldt Castle (how's this for snow castle http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nycalexa/hartincolor.htm) and Singer Castle. We also have the Carleton Villa which I wish someone would buy and fix up(http://www.thousandislandslife.com/Portals/Properties/images/News-Articles/2008/Nov-photos/WLW-CarletonVillaVisit2003_12805-clip_image002_3.jpg). All three are on islands in the St. Lawrence.
