Now that production of the comic book is well underway, I was recently thinking about starting some promotional material, like flyers. The main reason why I'm not doing posters atm is because I don't think I can afford it. I'm going to be privately funding the cost of printing the comics as it is, which will set me back a pretty penny, so I'm really not sure if I can afford to print a run of posters.

If you want to sell exclusive posters, then that's fine, but would you be willing to fund it yourself? Naturally you would get paid through the sales of any posters -- but I cannot guarantee how many would be sold.

In the meantime, a far less financially risky situation would be the creation of flyers. I'm thinking about producing flyers, not just to show people, but also to leave at comic book and toy stores (if the store manager would agree to it). I'm thinking about uploading the flyer online so that Transfans can download it, print copies themselves (though at their financial expense) and distribute it around their neighbourhoods. Just an idea at this stage, but I would like to see some art for it.

...I was thinking of using Shockwave...
