02 = Hound
03 = Hoiljack (Wheeljack)

Although neither of these guys have been re-released in the Generation One line, the number designation is the same as they were during G1. Hence why the Hot Rodimus re-release has C-78 printed on the box, even though that was the second G-One toy released after Convoy.

For a full listing of which character is assigned to which number, please refer to page 137 of your Generations book.
