Zara starred at lance,her eyes holding abit of fear from the younger man's story. She turned her gaze away, and bit her lip, her hands gripping her arms tightly, turning them red. She hadn't really expected him to share anythign with the likes of her, especailly now that he knew what she was! She stared at her reflection in the window, hateful at the person starring back at her.

"You didn't have to say all of that, you know. Sharing your past...I only shared mine, in hope of scaring you off and keeping your space. I wanted you to see me as some sort of monster...maybe even turn all those gadgets of yours against me. " Zara closed her eyes and turned away completely from Lance. She didn't want...."I don't want you hurt, Lance. You're the only friend I have left." If Genome or Bard were to get a hold of you..."

She didn't want to think of it. So she did what she was good at doing. She ran to her room, slammed the door and locked it behind her. Easy enough..what would be a pain though, was tryign to get her out from under her bed. She was glad she was skinny in most places for a reason.
