Appearance:She is slightly taller than her sister,but by a bare fraction.Slightly scruffier and less manicured than Alancha,her long platinum blonde hair is often secured in plaits or buns.Her eyes are a piercing ice blue,and they darken when she is angered.Lightly tanned,her frame is lanky and lithe at the same time.Not at all glamorous,Celeste is a rather plain young girl,save for her title.You could easily lose her appearance in the shuffle of people.
Abilities:She can shape shift,into anything under the moon.(But not over the moon).She is still learning it's finer points,and sometimes her shapes come out...oddly.
Personality: A young firecracker,she is a complex person.Cheerful and outgoing,her mood can change in a blink.Her rage and temper are spectacular,her sullen silence a wonderfully complete thing. She lives for starting quarrel,and will often place animal kind above humans in morals and favor.With her gift of change,she enjoys being a spy,and showing off.She loves her sister,but hides it quite well,with caustic remarks and awful fights. The older of the twins by ten minutes,she prides herself on being the more mature.In fact,she prides herself on everything she does.But sometimes,she would rather be an animal than a human.Still a child in so many ways,she is slowly emerging into herself.That will take quite alot of emergence
