I totaly agree!

On most part anyway :)

We are heavy underequipped and we add non skilled players as a flavor of our defeat.

The case Aza, give him some time, he just went 60 and playing a tough PvP class. If you feel powerless against a rogue you should start crying playing a lock when a rogue ambush you. You simply will not cast a single spell the entire fight vs a good rogue..... The ONLY way is to have your succu out in stealth as defence to seduce him. A druid on the other hand... should be easy solo as a lock. when I have felhunter out (wich I think Aza uses alot?) there is no way at all a druid can beat me. On the other hand..... I would not win any fights at all with my lock if there where not for my brilliant addons, let make sure Aza have them to, (and all others to)

Scrolling combat text,
spellcaster (cant remember the name but it shows on screen what spells your enemy is casting, you can alos learn the grapfics of all spell but this is much better)
servitude (warlock addons that you really cant pvp without imo)

I know I should call out when I targetting someone abit more :) I was just abit tired yesterday. I do belive if it is possible that I should (or another warrior) should be targetcaller due to the imense debuff mortal strike

We also need to work on our formation in battle, when we face the good teams, I circle throu targets with tab without finding waht I want... Priests, warlocks, icemages, ar in the cneter back impossbile to reach without getting te fury of there dmg dealers on me. It seems icemages lure in the back to help the priest with icenove alot. I see warlocks fearing me the second I move on the priest. dmg dealers turn quickly to help the priest. And, when the the priest gets nuked he gets healed fomr backuphelaer. and when I am this far into there formation, I am out of healingrange from my own healer. This tactic is very hard to face, but takes alot of disciplin from the group. (wich we lack in many cases)

So, to sum it up. better gear, better teamplay, better skillplay, more fun, more happy faces, and we shall win :D

Imo, we need more skilled players. Either we have to turn the players we have inte mean horde killing machines, or we need to more picky when we invite new poeple (I think we need to start beeing more picky anyway)

Me and Surys just turned a kid that is 14 year old down to join the MRC, and we need to to this more, we have few kids in our roaster already.

A well,, I keep rabbeling just like Ras. I also hope it makes some sence!

And as you say Ras, we need epics, so let us stop doing scholo 24-7 and be moore in ZG and MC. But then we need people that dont AFK and dont leave withou sayaing so in the beginning of the raid.

I made last ZG raid for us and I must say I _LOVE_ when Dario does it as it is no fun. You are doing a great job making raids Dario. I think we all should backup you up abit more in the raid.

Anyway, thats all from me now.. have fun and let us kill some horde
