Subject: Doing something radical about the guild

IMO we should go all-out PvP, and not focus anymore on PvE. From the response here, I have noticed that many of you agree.

If we are not going to do more PvE, then we don't need 80 members! And what do we need PvE'ers and solo players if we go all-out PvP?

Im getting real tired of looking at all those onliners, of which 90% are doing some PvE stuff. Of the last 10%, who actually do some PvP, only 20% are interested in actually teaming up and playing as a team.

What do we need them for? PvE'ers and soloplayers?

That is why I want to propose that we make clear to everyone what we want to focus on, and subsequently heftily reduce the roster.

I understand that people still need to grind for their mounts, but everyone in the guild should be focusing on PvP when he isn't grinding, and when a member does PvP, he should be willing to team up with his mates.

I could imagine us being 20-40 members after such a clearing.

Another thing:
I would like to remove all the lowbies from the roster. Maybe make a guild called "Mini-MRC" or something similar?

And then we should only recruit lvl60 players from now on.


PS: I have some suggestions to how we can do this, but I want to hear what you think of the idea first.
