Subject: The dark planet brooded in its own evil energy

If one was to pay attention closely while they were on Yuggoth, they would feel the hairs on their body standing on end, their stomach turning, and their heart would be crying out for their home. It was true that the planet looked fine, maybe a bit on the foggy side, but nothing set it apart from other planets per say. Except when you began to experience it. It was a whole different manner when one was trapped here, ever where you looked, there was something after you. The whole planet was like a barely fed beast, it had enough to live, to sustain its energy, but any living thing that came near this place was sought after as an energy source. No rest could ever be found in this place, for a living being would always be on the run, from the fog, from the plants, and from the brutish monsters that scattered the landscape. Only one place in this world could be considered any sort of refuge, but it wasn't that it was left alone, it was merely not known of. Some how, some way, this place seemed invisible to the beings of this planet, they simply ignored it. But this mystery takes off our course...

Helter and Skelter appeared in a flash of light. They were laying on the hard rocks of a mountain side, breathing heavily.

"Wot tha 'ell appen'd?!"

"Fire, BAD!!"

Helter and Skelter got up, and looked around. Nothing was in sight besides the normal landscape of the planet. Both of them could feel the lovely atmosphere.

"'Tis my kinda place Helta'"

"Fire, BAD!!"

A volcano pit bubbled beside them, the magma spewing out sulfur. The two demons almost "breathed" it in, if it can be worded as such. After a short pause, Skelter began to walk around the rim of the volcano, Helter following shortly behind. Everything seemed perfect for the two Maunches, a place that would be hell to others, is paradise to them...

...or so they thought.

A blood stirring screech pierced the quiet air, causing Skelter to turn around. There was nothing around, cept for his brother starring off blankly into space. They continued on, then the noise was heard again, this time it was softer, as if it was talking. Skelter spun around in the opposite direction of the second noise, as another "voice" responded. They were being surrounded! But by what? They continued on, Skelter brought out his knifes, reading for the attack, Helter continued on in his usual manner, holding his axe in both hands. Another screech, and then it appeared...

...then another....and another....and yet another. They were Metroids, thirsty creatures that stopped at nothing to suck you dry of energy. More and more arose from some where in the Volcano. Skelter threw a knife at the closest creature, it simply stuck into it's skin, and continued on.

"Crikey! RUN, HELTA'!!! A'GIN!!!!"

They took off in a flat run, but it was no use, the floating creatures followed them mercilessly. Somehow, they remained one step ahead, and then a single rock gave loose. Skelter fell flat on his face, and Helter tripped over him, landing on top of Skelter. The "leader" of the Metroids (like the Alpha male of a dog back) hovered over the two brothers. With a last loud screech, the Metroids enveloped them, and began to drain them of energy. The two could do nothing but scream.
