The hard black oil shining all about the area in ramps and frozen stalacites and stalagites throughout this part of the bay. The black wall behind them had a cold reflection of the seen all about this part of the bay as it pulsated with an inner warmth. Dangerous_1ne both blared out across the docking bay, not only on their own amplifiers now, but also from the black oil that had sat and rested throughout the bay. In the cacoon surrounding the good doctor, she only heard a comforting whisper as Dangerous_1ne made sure that all in the bay could hear their message.

"We mean no Harm. We mean no Harm."

Dangerous_1ne deactivated the black oil and the once hard shiny matter turned into liquid splattering to the floor and beegan to drain towards the black figure in the center. The fluid came to his body and a now useless thermonuclear device sat on the floor...the explosive energy and radioactive power drained.

"We mean Rugby no Harm. Doctor Reed...we mean Ali no Harm..."
