why do they mostly feis in blackout and don’t seem to do 2nd chance?

Two of their dancers came with their parents to watch our class this week. They aren’t allowed to do second chance. But some do anyways. Their obnoxious, cheating TCs don’t like second chance. This is what the dancers said. First of many to come and transfer.

people say the academy has distinct identifiers but they look like a standard dress with black/white belts. It doesn't actually say academy on them...
