And I'm assuming the connections from the solenoids to the driver boards have not changed and are in sequential order. The solenoids are divided across three driver boards supporting 32, 16, and 32 notes. Are all three regions of the keyboard having the problem? I would first reseat the three data cables from the playback board to the note driver boards. If that doesn't solve it, remove them at both ends and buzz them out to be sure all connections are good. You can also try operating the system with only one note driver board connected at a time to see if the problem is isolated to just one of the boards. When doing so, play the first test on the diagnostic/alignment tape- the one that plays notes in order from bass to treble. You could also swap the connection between the bass driver board and treble driver board to see if the problem stays with a particular board or follows the connection.
