Subject: Blackboard Project

Hi,

I've got a problem with one of the execises (the Blackboard project) in the Beginning Visual Basic Book 2 which hopefully someone out there can help with.

The initial part of the project was OK, and it can draw circles and boxes without any problems. The only problem is when I try to include the "rubber band" to indicate the size and shape of the intended box. If the code for this is placed in the MouseMove event then it doesn't remove the old "rubber bands" as it goes, and if I try to include code to delete one runner band as it creates a new one (to give the impression of a moving rubber band) then other shapes on the blackboard get drawn over the top of.

Has anyone had any more luck with this project than I am having ?

Thanks,

Scott
