Subject: VB6 Software

I finally received the VB6 software, i installed Visual studio, MSDN, and the service pack. I am now trying to go through the books trying the examples but i don't seem to have the BVBProjects folder (where everything relating to the course is supposedly kept) or the icon editor. Can anybody tell me where these are, i have gone through most of the cd's that came with the course but just cannot find them. Having read through the books already i know that later on i am supposed to design an icon for a project and also that all of the example forms they give you (including the first one in Programming course book 2 Light blue) are allegedly kept in this folder.
