Subject: Hegemon fumed and waited.

He sat in a pile of garbage and destroyed objects in his kimodo dragon form hissing and snapping his jaws ever so often. His strong form, rippling with muscles, was stretching ever so slightly as he sought to clear his chaotic thoughts.

He did NOT want to answer Betacron's message. He did NOT want to see any of the pompous senators. He did NOT want to see Lye-Onitron again on this day, that much was sure.

He turned and stared at the holo-calendar on the wall wondering when Senator Lux would come back. He was just about the only one who mattered out of these pompous idiots. He was one of the few who actually fought for the people. Him and apparently Lye-Onitron...if one looked at all he's done in the public eye.

What a manipulative liar. If Hegemon could but have the evidence to expose Lye-Onitron...but no...it couldn't be done. The Senate was already fallen into the shadow of the heroisms of the Council...the Servants of the People. The Senate are already the "bad guys".

Do I count myself in that number of the few who serve? Can't all the senators say that they 'serve the people'? They all have a public record as such until our relationship with the masses soured. Did not all the senators start off with the aspirations of the newly formed council. But myself...my sweat is theres. My tears are for them. My blood, I would freely shed for them. THEY are the ones that matter...not us...

He turned in the garbage and lifted himself up to walk closer to the sunlight streaming in through the window. In this form he could not look over the ledge to the streets below. That was okay for now. He would look up to the heavens and ask Primus for aid.

What would they say if they knew that I, a Predacon descendant of the Decepticons, prayed to Primus? What would they say if they knew that I needed help from above because I can't do this all by myself....I can't. I can't. What would they say if they knew what a failure I was to them...?

Senator Hegemon, Predacon and 2nd Seat of the Phi Room part Cybertronian Senate prayed and wept...
