I know that Lenny Bruce and Bill Hicks were some of the stand-up icons, and they paved the way for a lot of today's comedians, but I just never found them that funny. Their material never really appealed to me. Dave Chappelle I'm not a fan of because he seems to focus too much on cliched racial/ethnic jokes, like Carlos Mencia, though Chappelle is far funnier than Mencia (then again, 99.5% of the world's population is funnier than Carlos Mencia.)
I'm surprised we're bringing this up again after four months. What brought it on?
