That's a good idea about sending the medical bills by certified mail. I wonder if they will forward them IF she put in a forwarding address - which isn't likely that she did.

I'll let you know as soon as I get the forms. The lady I got them from the last time is not working in that department anymore - but it shouldn't be a problem.
